Apparently DLSite has rules about how fine the mosaic censorship is allowed to be. Kawahagi's first draft wasn't coarse enough to make the cut, so it only came out on DMM and he has to redo it for DLSite. What a time to be alive.

Till a translation comes out can we at the least get a summary? From the title and what I'm seeing I'm guessing that there's a virus going around that makes women go crazy for the MC, this Virus probably has something to do with his rather large dick and insane cum volume but I'm just guessing so I could be quite wrong.

@Silenteye: Yeah, that's basically it. Infected women get big breasts and insatiable lust, infected men get giant Kawahagi dicks (men get infected at a much lower rate than women). The women's lust will get worse and worse until eventually the virus kills them, unless they're impregnated with semen from an infected male. So that's our hero's job after he gets the virus from his big sister.

At first glance there's not much else to say about the plot, it mostly looks to be episode after episode of "oh no, somebody else has the bitch virus, gotta fuck her too." The peach-haired girl eventually says she loves the MC, which makes things a little complicated given that the girl-next-door character has been carrying a torch for him all along (of course), but that's about it. I'll do a more detailed summary when I have time to go over it with OCR.

EDIT: Honestly, there's absolutely nothing to summarize here, beyond explaining how the virus works. It's basically the same situation over and over and over. So never mind.

Although it's funny, because in the closing remarks Kawahagi talks about how he thought the last story with the succubus was too random, so he spent a lot more time here making sure that the ground rules were all clearly laid out and that everything "made sense." So we get a really long segment of the doctor telling you everything, but then absolutely nothing resembling conflict or escalation for the rest of the story.

@Seyser Koze now that is an interesting premise I also noticed when he did that one girl in his house when he drank her milk his dick and balls got even bigger again interesting... @Dynellen Maybe consider splitting the bounty in multiple parts?
