@SUPERCOOLMAN: The gallery you linked was an upscaled screenshot of the PDF contents. It induced unnecessary bloat, not to mention artifacts from upscaling, not to mention artifacts around the edges from having to crop his screenshots. This gallery used XPDF to extract the raw JPGs from the PDF itself and thus is a 1:1 copy of the digital book.
