All I've got to ask: How did you do this? Did you use inspect element, or is there really some great genius that made Assstuck into an actual fanventure, and if so where is the link/torrent? (because I know that these are not the original pages, since you added the command text, and the torrent you uploaded isn't seeded).
The creator has the original images posted on their tumblr along with screencaps of the threads where text was posted. While the whole saga is there, it's not exactly in a readable format, and tumblr artists are notorious for vanishing or changing names and all their art being lost forever. In order to preserve this masterpiece I took it upon myself to recreate it in a more readable form, with the original art and dialog and a format mimicking MSPA itself.
Practically speaking, I recreated the layout of MSPA's archive pages with simple HTML. It's just a couple tables and some text formatting so that part wasn't hard. The text was painstakingly copied from screengrabs from the old threads on 4chan and the images are what the author had posted on tumblr or imgur. No changes or additions were made except for fixing a typo or two. Once I had a page assembled, made a png from the screenshot. The whole process took a couple days and was mostly just a matter of repetitive copying and pasting of dialog. This is not a "real" adventure mirrored on any real website, it's just a facsimile of one.
