Willis takes off the bandages and shows her nips once Rance is >LV 80 but it won't show in the CG, only in the LV up screen.

Uh, not sure, but in most of their past few RPG games the "doodles" are their reward for beating a boss/challenge that's almost impossible.

Sometimes they're in the last area of the game, sometimes they're new game +.
