This is Jin's worst work. He really didn't take it seriously, did he? For those whose going to downvote me, buy the second version of Matome Ban because this looks shit compared to it (a true work of art). This also shows how much shadowing and shading makes his art standout from the rest.

Also what are those lines in some of the pages? Because if this is not due to the scanning, then this doujin is a incomplete work and like PepeFrog said, Jin will released a remastered version with all the detail we've been asking for...C92 (I hope this won't happen)

Sometimes authors get help from assistants to work on these details and fix with redrawing the drafts, that's why Tanaka Aji's magazine works are better to the scribbles he does for doujins for events.

So Jin either did it alone because he wanted it or he didn't get enough help with this doujin.

Probably being upvoted because 50%+ here lurk at the MTSP general thread and think that if they get him in the right mood by giving him 'dem sweet e-hentai reddit karma points, he'll translate this (for free).
Had it been anyone else shit talking an [MTSP] work, that user would've gotten the "burn the heretics! behead those who insult Jin's art!" treatment.
And you know it.
Of course now that he said it, the coast is clear, everyone and their dogs is going to "lol Jin's art succs bad he's finished RIP in NTR :DD fugg!" out of the woodwork like a herd.

That being written, it does look rushed and generally BAD. Shit feels like 240p down scaled resolution budget edition compared to his other works. Bet he'll sell an remastered version in the future, clever.

I actually visited MTSP's booth during Comiket, it was pretty slow compared to when he released the soushuhen for Tachibana-san series, that time there was no end to the line. I actually met Jin sensei and asked him for an autograph but he refused in the nicest way possible. Maybe he is going thru post-traumatic experience or stuffs who knows. Hope he can come back to his glory days.

You get credits for being upvoted enough. Also, normally I would knock on people dissing Jin, but my man translated several Datenshi books so his word is gospel to me. (whoever says his art is getting bad needs to leave though. It's like having a rough diamond from a bunch of cut ones.) To clarify - doing a poor job and calling someone on it is fine, but saying the art is bad seems ridiculous to me. Well...whatever. Frankly speaking I'll take whatever content that gets thrown at me that I liike.

memefrog I care far more about Datenshi than I do MTSP. Everyone will scan MTSP; nobody scans Datenshi. Same goes for translations...frankly shana can never translate again and I'll still be super greatful to him.

The old man is basically taking on the role of Kaitou to making moves on the female characters by going into their palace.

If I am not wrong, starting at Page 9 and 10 are the investigation of the characters in order to gain the keywords to get into their palace.

Starting at page 11, not quite sure if he is in the palace playing with the girls or already changed their heart so they submitted to him in real life.

So he does a normal lenght doujinshi, it has less background art than the others, and suddenly it's the worst thing ever ? People complaining at the art don't know what they are talking about, the girls proportions are actually better than in his last works (especially the Tachibana ones), people just don't like this story for reasons I can understand : Lots of girls, not much action per girl. Compared to his older works where there was a lot more since all of it was focused on one girl.
I think people are angry because it's not Tachibana/Tohsaka, and it's not as long as his works from those series (even though his last Tohsaka work was normal lenght as well). Things I can't really blame him for since a 50 pages doujinshi IS a lot of work, and Tachibana's story is pretty much finished while he did 9 episodes for Tohsaka's.
