Some anon requested Facehuggers. Quite hard to find (without going to much 3D), but I did my best and got a few. Here's the summary.

They really need to evolve. Killing the hosts after just one birth is so ineffective. They need to find a better way to after they capture a female or male impregnate but not kill. It makes having more horrible alien monsters much easier.

And I agree with Texasallstar, however the general issue with that is lore wise, Xenomorph parasites ( while in the placenta/larval form ) root into the organs of the host bodies and continue to grow like a cancer. So even if you remove the parasite, the host still dies from from mass organ failure.
