I'd say that guy makes good drafts. The atmosphere is laid down pretty well, as exposition, and that's pretty much where it stops. After you already get a good idea that something is wrong and it will only escalate from there, somehow.
Now, we only just need to have this guy do a full volume or two.

MitchellTF: I can't read Japanese either but it looks like the man was the boss of a group and harassed the young woman with the long hair. While she's crying in a hallway, an older office lady comes up to her with a revenge plan. She agrees and the lady reveals she's a bee queen alien or such. That lady seduces the boss man, then he wakes up in a strange bed chamber (hive?) and turns into a bee woman after his outer skin melts off. The young woman he harassed is in the background, already turned into one of the bee queen's servants.
