This comic has a very high quality of story and image. The story itself is better be incorporated into Rebellion movie, explaining what happens before Nagisa and Sayaka plan to wake up Homura. This story basically explains the reason of Bebe and Mami relationship in Rebellion. I consider this is not a spin-off or a fanart, it is a rather main story itself. I see Rebellion movie lacks of explanation (maybe they short of time or limit the duration of movie) of what Nagisa did in Rebellion. And this comic describes it well.
