What a bizarre love story.
Summary: Students at a school get random superpowers.
Protaganist gets superpower related to sex. Hijinks ensue.

Also, if you really think about it, the entire main cast are technically murderers by the end of the story.

Original Japanese raw: /g/806232/f74cb0badf/
Chinese translated version: /g/816996/380051bcef/

If there are any errors, feel free to drop me a PM. I'll try my best to fix it as soon as possible.

Commissioned by Marius8 through the E-Hentai Bounty System.

Update 1: Added Japanese covers and extra pages. The first cover was made from the Chinese one, so it might differ greatly from the Japanese one. Also, there seems to be an extra story at the beginning that I'll eventually get around to asking someone to translate. Fixed some naming and phrasing errors as well.

As always, if you find any errors, PM me, and all errors will be fixed in next month's update.

Haven't read everything yet, but... you translated the Chinese version, I suppose? There's that "Li Cheng" on pg 03 which sounds totally out of place in a Japanese work, after all.
I'll check out the rest later when I have more time.

EDIT:
- For the 励城/Li Cheng thing, it doesn't seem like a common Japanese name. There are several possibilities here, but I'd suggest "Reizei".
- "Lif" is clearly read as "Risa/Lisa" in the Japanese raw, that's a pretty big miss.
- Liz is fine. Though it's just Liz and not Lizzy like on pg 11.
- The other girl is Sueno Minato. You're missing the "e" in her surname.
- The little boy at the end is リース, given his foreigner look I'd go with Reese.
- The little girl is also named "Risa/Lisa", but written with different kanji. Because the older one's pronunciation is given in katakana and the younger one's in hiragana, I'd personally choose "Lisa" for the granny and "Risa" for the kid to make for an easy difference, but that's up to you.
- I think it would have been better to translate all those "hora"s and "arei"s and "en"s into stuff like "come on", "huh", "yeah"...
- Sometimes I felt the dialogue didn't flow very well. Checking pg 51 for example, "I'll go... get that necklace from Liz" and what followed seemed weird. In the raw, it's actually in past tense, so it goes, "I got... the necklace from Liz", you have that Liz bubble and then, "... is what she said". (NB: the necklace is actually referred as パーツ/"parts".)

All in all, I'd say the translation is on a whole understandable, but lacks a bit of... polish? Something like that. The double translation definitely doesn't help.

EDIT 2 else my post will be unreadable:
- For the boy: it's really your choice of course, but (I don't know if you can read Japanese kana) do remember that it's "Ri-i-su" and not "Ri-seh" or "Ri-zeh".
- Hora and Arei: I really don't mind, just that those are actually easy to translate. Also should you keep it or use it in the future, it should be "are", not "arei". And technically it's "un" instead of "en".
- Pg 28: switch the "... My name is Sueno Minato" part with the "Ah... so it's Shinta" bubble. Keep the "please take care of me" where it is.
- Editing: I'd suggest trying to not break words on two lines as much as possible for your future works. (No, I won't be sadistic enough to ask you to redo everything here.)
- Last tip: for the names, the reading is often given in kana form in the Japanese version. With a kana table, it's easy enough to check the pronunciation.

EDIT 3 endlesspostisstillgoingon
- Yes, Sueno is pronounced differently from Suno, that's why I'm telling you to change it, you're missing one syllable :p
- About Un/En: ok, let's be careful here. When I suggest to use "yeah", that applies to "un" as a colloquial way of agreeing (see: pg 28). If you have one that is just used as a moan, of course I'm not saying to change that one.
- Keep them or change them, it's your privilege as the translator. I keep the honorifics myself. (I forgot to check yours, now that I think about it.)
- Editing: don't listen to me too much, I have zero experience as an editor. IMO, breaking words up is better than writing outside the bubble if it comes down to that. Also never use vertical text, people will hate you.
- I've been procrastinating on my pet translation project for YEARS now, why am I using up my time correcting others? orz

EDIT 4 Ipromiseitsthelastonetoo
- About the donated/funded thing: best I can make of it is that there is a non-profit foundation named "Reizei group/association"...? Not terribly sure either.
- Kana is always pronounced, so it's indeed "Su-eh-no". Nothing un-Japanese about it, I assure you.
- Pg 141: for some weird reason, the Chinese translation used "3Q" to mean "thank you". Liz actually just says "thanks" (in English). I wouldn't have bothered pointing it out if not for the fact that non-Japanese/Chinese speakers may completely miss the meaning here.
- For Shinta: Lisa-san, Liz, Minato;
- For Liz: Minato, Lisa, Shinta, Riisu, Risa;
- For Minato: Shinta-kun, Liz, Lisa-san, Riisu-kun, Risa, Shinta (when older);
- For Lisa: Shinta-kun, Liz-chan、Minato-chan (at first), Minato (after about pg 86);
- Also, last little thing I noticed: you use the verb "to fuck" a lot in the characters' dialogue, e.g. pg 66 "something like fucking...". It sounds a bit weird in the mouth of young, rather mild-mannered teenagers. Japanese version either uses "H" (ecchi) or "sex", so I'd suggest something softer like "to have sex".

All right, I'll stop here before I start retranslating the whole freaking book. See you in next month's update!

@Faeldrin Yeah, it was the Chinese version. Technically I could have used a Japanese stroke dictionary to get an accurate name, but I decided against it, seeing as it's not that huge a plot point.

Edit: Thanks for your hard work! I'll incorporate the changes next month!

-The school name will be changed to Reizei, but it seems to be a corporation that has funded the school or something? Not too sure on the phrasing, and I honestly despise the use of the word "donated". Maybe "funded"? But if you don't have any further suggestions, I'll only change the name.
-Yeah, I was being cute adding a zy for her introduction. I'll fix it too.
-Sueno v Suno, not too big a difference, but I'll fix it too. My thought process was that Sueno would be pronounced differently from Suno (Su-eh-no vs Su-no)
-Lif will be changed to Risa to fit Lisa and Rize(Reese I'm not too fond of, and Rise doesn't seem like a good name).
-As for the Hora's and Arei's, I thought they were common occurrences in manga and the like, but if you feel strongly about it, pm me, and I'll make those changes as well.
Edit: Another word I might raise to support this decision of mine is Ara? I kind of feel like these words are unique to Japanese works or something, so I would be pretty adverse to changing them. I mean, if I were to change En to Yeah, it would change the meaning, wouldn't it? Instead of it being a moan/grunt, it becomes a word on it's own.
-The necklace part was using the Chinese version, so it was an honest mistake, I'll make that change next month as well.

Edit 2:
-Riisu, is that fine? I wouldn't be too unhappy with that name.
-I didn't want to use Are, owing to complications that might arise from the english word "are".
-Ok, I used En in a variety of places and in great quantity. So I'll take note of that for the future, but please don't make me change all of them T.T
-Pg 28, got it.
-Don't worry, I still have the edited work, so it won't take that long. However, I was following some guidelines on editing where it said to "fit words to the shape of the bubble", hence all the word breaks. I kind of feel that it looks better with the breaks as well, but it probably worsens the probability of the reader understanding the words.
-Yeah, I used the kana table for Shinta/Minato (somehow Shen Tai and Qin don't quite fit :P), but neglected Lif and Liz, because they were pretty easy words, and I just left them because I already spent over a month on it, and I didn't want to keep my bounty poster waiting too long.

Edit 3 (okay this is gonna be the last one):
-Okay, here's where I'm losing you. I get that Sueno v Suno misses the e, but I checked wikipedia for the kana, and I'm just assuming here, but I think it's used like Sue (the name), where e is silent? I dunno, Sueno just sounds pretty, erm for lack of a better phrase, un-Japanese. But if you're sure about it, then I'll really do it.
- I still stand by Un/En in the cases of agreement though. It's like translating "hmm" to "thinking" or something. If it's a sound that you make, you would want that sound to be translated correctly, and not substitute it for something completely different. However, I suppose in some cases you could change Un/En to Mhm, as I'm assuming people would be more likely to use Mhm in daily speech rather than En/Un. Frankly, I feel it's alright either way, no one's gonna care too much about whether you use a certain phrase to convey agreement, seeing as it's a small part of the story and won't impact the larger picture.
- As for honorifics, in the Chinese work, there obviously aren't -chans or -sans or -kuns or -donos, but there are words like Xiao (haven't figured out how to type chinese characters in comment box), which stands for little or small, and it's used like Xiao Minato, or Little Minato. I then intepret this as a pet name/ affectionate expression, so Minato-chan. In earlier conversation, when the two characters were pretty much still strangers (apart from the whole Minato sucking him off thing), Shinta called her Xue Sheng Suno, or Student Suno, as she was (obviously) a student, and someone of his age (thereabouts), so I loosely translated it as Suno-san(I think? Have to go read it again), as they aren't close enough to be on given name terms.

-Go work on that project now, you maniac. :P

Yeah, I'm quite used to translating scripts for bounties, so uploading and editing myself is a first. If I ever upload any other translated works from Chinese, I'll get a Japanese proofreader to look through and tell me what mistakes I've made. Thanks!

Pg. 11 panel 2: What the guy said is not "Stripped?" but "Reverse pickup?" Since it's a girl picking up a guy instead of the usual guy pickup girl.
Pg. 49 panel 6: It's "Huh?" intead of "Arei?"

Yeah, in the Chinese translated version the page 11 one wasn't translated, so I had to go off context. I might translate it as "A girl hitting on a guy?!" seeing as Reverse Pickup is awkward and wouldn't be said in normal life.

Also page 49 I think was actually translated as Arei in the Chinese version, but might have been a miss by the translator there. I'll add those revisions in next month, since I don't want to keep bumping the gallery.

That goes for any other mistakes found, 'kay guys?

I know it's "Arei" in Chinese. The original was probably something along the lines of あれ. Which pretty much just means "Huh?" or confusion.
I did the same thing when I first started translating. But people recommended me to use English expressions whenever possible.

I've explained this in one of the comments above. My reasoning is that it's more of a sound that one would associate with a Japanese work, like Ara? and the like. Huh is of course a fair translation, but I personally feel it shouldn't be translated like that.

Edit: Taking this a step further, I could translate the Japanese "Kekeke/Kukuku" as English "Hohoho" which, while the meaning remains of it being a laugh or a chuckle, doesn't sit right with you if you know it should be a certain way.

Heyo, just wanted to point out to you avid taggers out there that rape, milf, defloration and schoolboy uniform all don't pass presence requirements. For one, the rape tag only applies to the first interaction Minato has with Shinta, which certainly doesn't take up 50 over pages. For two, the milf tag could (I suppose) vaguely apply to the last scenes, which, once again, does not meet the 25% presence requirements. Schoolboy uniform as a tag is only required when that uniform is used in sex, and seeing as most of the sexual interactions Shinta has in his uniform is during the very first interaction, it should not apply here either. As for defloration, I believe that it only occurs twice in the entire work? It's a gray area, so I suppose just vote on it based on your intepretation of presence rules.

Please vote tags down that do not fulfil presence rules, and thank you for taking the time to tag this work!

Can someone explain to me somthing ( i know it just stupid hentai manga but still) im just too stupid to realize mose things and english isnt my prime language
1) first Liz say she found that necklace around the school but then we can see she know almost everything about it and Lisa, condition of Minato and how to "cheat fate" but she isnt part of the clan, is she?
And how can she have superpowers?
2) how exactly this ritual work ( im still confused )
3) whats up with Lisa, first she behave like she dont care that her daughter gonna die ( you can call it that way) and Liz says Lisa isnt human anymore but then she whant to rescue Minato by giving birth to Shinta child and in the end she even sacrifice herself, i dont understand it.

Side note: shame author dont bother to draw when Minato realise Lisa is her mother and how she feal about it.

1) Liz was lying. She wanted Minato and Shinta to trust her so that she could get them to do what she wanted. She pretended not to know anything to trick all of them. It doesn't seem to have been explained, but she had the necklace from the beginning and was looking for a suitable male (Shinta) to find out more about the necklace and the story behind the necklace. This is hinted at at the very end, where it is shown that she's communicating with an organisation to find out what Lisa was planning. She has superpowers because the power the necklace has leaks out energy waves that gives people powers (hence why there's so many people with superpowers at the beginning).

2) The ritual works by passing down the superpower from generation to generation using suitable males (not from the clan) and females from the clan. First, the necklace holds the superpower. Next, a suitable male gets the superpower from the necklace. The male has sex with the female from the clan. Once they have a female baby, the male loses the superpower and the mother gets locked up in the necklace to look after the superpower for the next generation. In the end, you have a male who doesn't have a superpower anymore, a mother who gets trapped in the necklace, and a female baby (after the mother gives birth to her).

3) Lisa behaved like that because she felt it was her duty to pass on the superpower, she felt that there was no choice (since her mother and grandmother and all the females before all did the same thing), so she couldn't help her daughter even if she wanted to. She wanted to rescue Minato by giving birth to Shinta's child because (as explaned by Liz) if the suitable male has a baby with someone other than the clan female (Lisa shouldn't count, seeing as she already gave birth to one device), then all babies that they have afterwards would not cause her to get trapped in the device. But, because of the device making the clan female (Minato) super horny and dumb, Shinta had no choice but to cum in her (if not Minato threatened to go and have sex with random people). And unluckily, that one time he came in her, she became pregnant with a female baby. Therefore, Lisa had no choice but to destroy the device Minato gave birth to so that she would not be forced to go into the device. But because the device was destroyed, the superpower could not be passed on, and there was no need for all the previous generations of mothers, leading to a chain reaction where all the previous devices were destroyed (thus, mass murder).

I mean, it's not explained what would happen if she had an abortion though, since the whole ritual requires a female baby and a device, and if there wasn't a female baby to pass on the superpower, maybe Lisa wouldn't have to die?? Or maybe Minato would need to have multiple abortions constantly??? What about birth control? Well, it's not like Lisa didn't already live for very long though. Besides, it's not she's completely dead. Shinta could still hear her, so maybe she's still alive?? Damn, I want to read the sequel now. Is there even a sequel? Isn't this a standalone book?
