I think the dark-brown-haired girl starts as a crossdresser and transitions from male to futa to female. The early bits has him flat chested with a dick, and the last bits that focus on him show him as fully female. I think s/he's also the main character, as the character portraits don't feature him/her.

Note tthat this is just a guess. I'm going off the way the pictures all focus on the other girls, yet all have the brown-haired girl in them as the partner.

From what I can tell at the websites you are pretty much correct.

Apparently the main characters is a guy that wakes up with a girls face and is slowly becoming more and more of a girl until he is completely a girl.

Bought and finished this game. A bit serious (and sometimes sad) stories. Just don't expect anything 'cheerful'.

As a hint (This is not a spoiler. It's written by the devs.), all the heroines have their own 'body problems', similar to and as serious as that of the protagonist.
