For anyone confused at Black's accent, Gyaru have a pretty distinctive way of speaking. Since their projected personality and looks are pretty much the Japanese equivalent of bimbos, I tried to go in that direction to convey it.

It always amazes me how much the gyaru culture has grown in Japan.
