It was dumb to include that first page in the previously translated version as well. It's not a cover for the story, and has nothing to do with it whatsoever. That first page is simply an advertisement for an unrelated Lilith soft ero-game that happened to be on the previous page in the original tankobon (between two stories). It's misleading to people who don't notice it's an ad, and for people who do it still makes it more difficult to see what the story is about when it's incorrectly used as a cover.
