Is it downscaled to 1080 x 1512 from the RAW's 1714 x 2400 because you did it on your phone too?

If you need a typesetting program on your PC, MSPaint should be free I believe. However, some free programs that are better anyway are Paint.net and Gimp. They're both image editing programs that are more advanced than MSPaint by a mile. Photoshop is still probably going to be a much better tool, but the ones I mentioned don't cost a dime, so there isn't much stopping you there.
