I don't speak Japanese what-so-ever. But after waiting for so long for this to get a translation, I decided to try and roughly translate this using google translate. With that in mind, comes the disclaimer that a lot of the dialogue ends up being at least partially up to my interpretation of the literal translation / the mistakes google translate causes.

I've been waiting for a translation of this for a while. Even though the translation isn't perfect, I appreciate the effort.
