Not just that, she's more of an avatar for this one artist's image to be the girl mutilated by these guys. It could've been any girl from Chel to Bulma Briefs, but they went Overwatch themed. To me that's no different than taking Mei and giving her a giant purple penis skewering Tracer w/ a cum explosion or sitting down with a pile of donuts and a penguin. With these fan pieces, you're already using a preconceived idea such as action, comedy, SEX or parody and skinning it with a character, so again, relax.

To make this genuinely horrifying and rage inducing is to make it canon within the actual Overwatch game. Otherwise this is no more different than making Superman a Nazi or a Ruskie in some elseworld comic which in turn does not effect the main genuinely one true Superman.
