Translated by yours truly, beautifully edited by svines85.
The name Hakka is a homonym of the word for "mint", but written with different kanji (mint is 薄荷, while the kanji used here are 薄花). The latter can also refer to a pale blue color (薄花色), and 薄花少女 may or may not be related to the Chinese name 薄花女, but unfortunately I have zero knowledge of Chinese so I can't expand upon that.
A very cute omake to the previous work. The translation is good in all general and conversational ways and the synopsis appreciated, but if the translator knew enough about the previous work to make a synopsis one would think that they would know the significance to the story of the character's "mint" nickname and would have translated as such. Still a very good translation, just sad that that critical detail was messed.
