Also I recommend you save the b&w pages in grayscale PNG, it's much more suitable for this kind of content, and despite being lossless the filesize goes down by 80% (or by 90% to 39 MB when saved in 16 grayscales at no loss of visual quality).

About the torrent of the resize version (uploaded by Momo_Yuki), it's missing page 3, page 22 and like piespy said, page 16 which is not in this gallery but does in the RAW (/s/f0e979d93c/1042775-15).
But the resize version is a bit strange to look at as there are some white mark which is very noticible on grey color (sorry, I don't know the technical word to call them).
