Using pale color and lack of gradient it's not comparable with original coloring (in the cover) but it's better than nothing though I'm still prefer the original black-white version to read.

wew lad I was gonna say something similar, but I didn't think of just stating it so bluntly. yeah, while there clearly was a lot of effort put into this, unless the original artist themselves makes it colored, a colorized version will always look shitty and "off" compared to the original black and white scans

Would have loved to put more effort into this and added more detail like shading but i mostly did this just for fun a few months ago and its been sitting on my external, I have a few more colored works like this but considering some of the comments, they don't seem worth uploading lol.

I think you did a decent job.
The harsh critique by our fellow users can be off putting,
but don't stop doing something you enjoy because of it.

I appreciate the intention to add color, I understand it takes time and dedication to do this and I thank you. However, I don't understand why you wouldn't at least use the same skin color as what you see on the cover? You had some sort of guidance there as to how to proceed. The critics here have been harsh on you, not everyone is a diplomat and maybe they couldn't do better than you, but I believe there's some truth in what they say. The colors do look flat, sorry to say. Look at other full color doujins to see how they work, watch tutorials on coloring and try again if your heart is still into it. There is always room for full color comics no matter what they say.
