I've been waiting for this one! Thank you for uploading it. I like Akizuki Itsuki in general, and his Mayu doujins have the best stories (though I'd argue Kirintei's have better art).

This of course happens after P tells Mayu that they won't see each other again, but during the conversation, she figures out it's Chieri's doing. Mayu says she'll restrain herself, but she won't give up on P, then mysteriously asks if P would still love her if their relationship wasn't one of 'producer and idol'.

Chieri is still getting her way with P, having sex with him after their show though obviously his heart isn't really in it. During their party, Mayu tells Chieri that she knows what's going on between them. Chieri initially feigns ignorance, but Mayu informs Chieri that as she is closest to him, she notices each and every change (guess we'll just ignore the previous chapter). Chieri then grows defiant, tell Mayu to mind her own business; Chieri and P are happy and Mayu shouldn't try to butt in. Mayu wonders aloud if forcing you love on the other person truly makes them happy, then excuses herself to the restroom. P then gets a call from the company president to come to his office ASAP.

While P complains about the traffic congestion bring so bad that it'll take him an hour to reach the office, Mayu makes one of her characteristic entrances in his car and entices him to a love hotel. They have an hour to kill anyway (as an excuse). At the love hotel, Mayu works her charms and the producer can't hold back any longer. During their love-making, Mayu says she found a way for the two of them to be together, but says she'll only tell him if he 'tease' her.

After their lovemaking, they arrive at the office. Mayu says he'll learn about her method for them to be together soon. Once P meets the company president, the president informs him that he was anonymously sent a photo of Chieri and P. The president says he has no intention on telling him how to manage his idols, but the real issue is the age gap; the president has to deal with it now that he was made aware of it. The president puts P on house arrest (?) and says he'll no longer be managing Chieri. Of course, they'll need to speak with Chieri about this as well. President tells him to be prepared for the worst and sends him home. Of course, this was all Mayu's doing, which P quickly surmises... but seems not that upset about. Mayu welcomes him 'home'.

Even when Mayu loses she wins, though Chieri was always on the wrong foot for this battle.

A small note: in the previous chapter, Chieri makes the effort of changing how she addresses Mayu. She used to call her Mayu-chan, but now calls her Mayu-san. In the original Japanese, this was brought to the readers attention by having Chieri stop herself mid-sentence and change her way of addressing her. She also uses formal language with her now, instead of casual language. In the English translation, at least, she just starting calling her Mayu-san without any emphasis.

Is there the end of the series? I don't see any newer mayu works.
Seems like an inconclusive way to end it because I don't think chieri would give up so easily either.
