The story's pretty much understandable even without the text, but...

Summary: Tomoya confesses to Kato; Eriri overhears this and loses her shit. She doesn't come to school and nobody hears a thing about her for a while. Then out of the blue, Eriri mails Tomoya, saying she wants to meet with him. And so Tomoya goes to Eriri's house and he asks himself how long has it been ever since he came to her house. He finds a manga that Eriri drew, where she is the one that Tomoya loves; the catch is, even though the girl in the drawing looks like Eriri, her lines and behavior are exactly like Kato's and not hers. Tomoya has a WTF moment and then the stabbing happens. In case you didn't notice, Eriri is wearing the same clothes as Kato. Tomoya says so himself. Eriri is batshit insane and believes herself to be Tomoya's girlfriend. She says something like taking care of her boyfriend's "needs" is a girlfriend's duty. Then Tomoya says that there is something he wants to tell her; Eriri is losing her shit even more, saying that she doesn't want to hear any of it. Then Tomoya outright tells her that he loves Kato and not her. Eriri FUCKING LOSES IT and says things like "why won't things ever go my way". The thing she injected Tomoya with is an aphrodisiac (apparently) that she uses on herself, so she thinks she might have overdosed Tomoya with it. She starts saying lots of scary yandere-like lines. The most glaring ones are when she repeats Tomoya's name ad infinitum and then says something like "even though I am not Kato, I can make you feel so good", etc. Then she says that her plan all along was basically to baby-trap him. Tomoya says something like "Sorry Megumi", and then Eriri was broken beyond repair. She says that she has enough time and medicine to make him fall for her, but what seems to be implied is that Tomoya died. What she says at the end is something like "Oh, we did such a terrible thing to Megumi, but if I'm with you I'm happy".

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention something: What the boxes in the first page say, are basically things that Eriri says other people have but she doesn't, even though she wants them. Things like fame, personality, trust, friendship, hope, despair, etc. (yes, really). I think it's obvious that she was bullied, seeing the state of her desk. There are some pretty hurtful things written in there, like "die" or "otaku" or "disappear" or "you're annoying"; I think you guys get the point.

TL;DR: Yandere baby-trap pseudo-NTR.
