@Whabash well it's not exactly a linear story. So some events are missable depending on your choices. But a basic premise is, an intern arrives at an island, gets his gender changed. Now has to continue "her" internship. Events happen.
It's still in very much development.

Last time I played it no sex scenes had yet been implemented (at least, I couldn't find any).
There appear to be some in these renders though, so have those been implemented yet?
