The title is "Ranma da♡♡ To-rabu-ru". I guess someone misread the syllables "ト" and "る" as "I" and "3".
An approximate translation would be "It's Ranma♡♡ Trouble"- but the last word is a pun exploiting the Japanese pronunciation of love (rabu) and trouble (toraburu).

@randomChar It's got at least 5 pages with breasts, with at least two of the girls with their tits out being stripped in public against their will. It might not be 'insert tab a into slot b' pornography, but it's still meeting the voyeurism/stripping pornography fetish.

@akaaoi ranma 1/2 regularly had breasts and this type of shenanigans in both the manga and the televised anime. I would agree with you otherwise
