Those wide, staring eyes made me click on this, and I was not disappointed - the entire thing is filled with crazy eyes. I'd like to know what the story is about...
The "kuru" in the title led me to the neurodegenerative disease of the same name, but the "kuru kuru" the first 2 kanji represent translate as "crazy" - maybe retitle as "Crazy Eientei"?
edit: Thanks for the link, ISBML - the story is way darker than I could've guessed, with a typically "bad end."
