I see you translated (聖天子) as 'Virtuous Empress" like a title, but it isn't a title, it's her royal family name read as 'Seitenshi' her given name however is still unknown. And (様お) -sama.

I think replacing 'Virtuous Empress' to 'Seitenshi-sama or Seitenshi' will sound a lot better since it is a name after all.

The author of this doujin is very generic isn't he? The dialogue is way too simple and boring I guess? The only good thing about it is the art and Seitenshi being lewd. I said it was boring but I'm still looking forward for a sequel; if it ever gets one.
