I've never been one to be super picky about perfect 100% accuracy so long the dialogue flows and looks good, but there's definitely nothing wrong with having all these options, especially since different people value different aspects of translations. Thanks for putting the time in.

During a group chat with a bunch of people over Team Koinaka's Discord over that thread, it lead up to me and Rotoscopic saying something along the lines of:

Me: It would be really funny to re-edit this with better localization just to shut off the arguments.
Roto: I can localize it for you, if you want.
Me: Oh really? Am I down to do this?
Roto: Fuck yeah let's do it.

Right after that, we popped up Google Docs and he typed in the re-translated script as I was editing at the same time...
26 hours later.... the child was born.

I used your redraws in pages 14 and 15. This project was really decided on the spur of the moment, I didn't even think about it haha.

Third time's the charm indeed! I'm glad to see this comic got so much love, even though it may have started for the wrong reasons. I confess this being my first translation I made far more errors than I'm proud of, but I'm happy to see that my localization efforts were appreciated by some. Excellent work on the translation guys, this seems like a great middle ground between accuracy and fluidity of dialog.

But yeah, I definitely agree that my translations have always been really rigid and has a strictly Japanese format....? If that's the right way to put it.
I'm afraid of changing the author's words into something else at the cost of details and meanings, even if it sounds more English .

Localization, huh. Looks like I'll have to be more liberal with my word choices from now on. Maybe I'll try to do an extreme redneck localization. Haha.
