@mombastical: because this is manga and fiction and anyhing can happen in hentai. I don't know about this Flower Knight Girl (if is a manga, anime, game) specifics (if they have some powers to regen , etc); The author in last square show that is open in the front and a bit back but doesn't show that her lower half is gone either.
