Doesn't murder normally warrant a "Guro" tag? Or do I not fully understand the term?

EDIT: Thanks for the clarity krudda. Although... you would think having your skull crushed under a giant foot until blood gushes out everywhere falls into a sort of fuzzy grey area in between.
