Promising story line with some political undertones where a race of horses is winning a war against a race of lions, but still needs a good peace settlement for other reasons.

the best ending for this would be when the sex is done, the horse guy is like "oh, that was a distraction and now your city is surrounded by my army and we win" then ends by him shooting back with "you're right, we aren't equals" bam, now that's an ending.

I don't get this. If the horses are winning the war, that gives them a very strong position to negotiate from. Why are they acting like they're the ones on the back foot?

The dude justified a sex scene with political power and military/diplomatic domination dynamics... When you thought you've seen it all
And @Demonic Knight: he may have a strong position, but this war costs a lot of people to both parties, and it seems that while the lions are a military kingdom where soldiers are a particular part of society, apart from the general population, the horses are a more tribal kingdom, where warriors must be part of society as a whole. Also, lions have a lot of prisonners, and a simple front attack would cause a lot of deaths among them. So while the horses have the military domination, they must still be careful of what they do, because victory might cost them.
I knew taking geopolitical classes would pay off one day!

Is this WIP? If so why isn't that reflected in the title?

"Make a publicly amorous scene here with me, and you could bring down their whole dynasty without wasting a single soldier."

With the information presented to us so far I honestly don't see how this statement makes any sense. If the current heir does flip out at his supposed love interest getting railed in front of him and he gets tilted out of power then presumably all that will happen is he gets replaced as heir by his brother, who was the one who put it into motion in the first place for that exact reason. The king will still be the king and he will still have an heir, so nothing has really changed. Unless there's some outside info we haven't been shown (the rival brother turning out to be a humongous incompetent who literally cannot do anything right, for example) then the lion dynasty would emerge from the 'scandal' theoretically stronger than before thanks to no longer having two brothers focused on fighting each other rather than the enemy.

I also can't see how any of this will help the horse envoy's aim of getting generous peace terms from the lions either. The king already considers the horse beneath him, and by making love to a slave - and therefore lowering himself to the slave's status - will probably just end up further decreasing the king's opinion of him and any offers he brings to the table. Especially since the female advisor's words at the beginning of the comic implies that though the horses may be winning, the margin is pretty narrow and their military achievements aren't enough to carry their weighty demands in court by themselves. To me it sounds like the horses lack any decisive victories and may indeed be incapable of achieving one in the first place, and are attempting to stop the fighting before both sides are effectively destroyed.
