From what I've seen of the raw content, the NTR comes later on, as the MC does have sexual relations with either his family or the girl he likes or something. I think the family thing is forced by the other guys. Anyways, I think the NTR is being used to refer to the guys stealing the women of his family and turning them into their personal sluts, thus destroying his family. Right now, I don't think it's NTR in the usual sense until in the following chapters.
