2 Tag flagging exists

How did anybody decide they should vote the Vore tag down? Do they think they're downvoting the tag's presence on the site? Because that's not how it works. You vote on a tag because you think "Yes, this gallery has that" or "no, this gallery does not have that". Not because you think "Ew, I don't like that."
