@davyix It's Lunch (a spelling used in most international translations and in the official US translation of the manga) or Launch (a spelling only used in the US Dub of the anime), She is hired as a housekeeper by Muten Roshi the Turtle Hermit in early Dragon Ball.

Since she is a character from early Dragon Ball she is basically designed purely as a gag character for comic relief and fanservice. She switches between two basic personalities and hair colors upon sneezing, the blonde version is abrasive, rude, assertive, dominant and has criminal tendencies, the blue haired version is mellow, gentle and innocent to the point of attempting to undress in front of others because she sees no problem in it.

Her character gets pretty much abandoned in the manga upon the introduction of Gohan and Raditz, with an off-hand remark that she left to be with Tenshinhan/Tien. In the anime she makes some appearances during the Saiyan Saga in filler scenes (almost entirely as the blonde), the blue haired versiom also has a brief cameo appearance in the episode where Majin Buu finally gets defeated.

Long story short, a femdom scenario with the blonde Lunch feels very much in character.

I'm really into this but I can't help but be distracted by Tenshinhan's lack of a chest scar. Perhaps this is taking place between the 22nd and 23rd world tournament, but I'm so used to seeing it that it's throwing me off.

i read the Bulma comic that this artist drew. Really, really happy and (aroused) to see Launch get a comic of her own. she doesn't get much love.
