This seems to be a original character by 海老工房 (Ebi workshop. Her circle? Not familiar, sorry), and is named 黒透け (Kurosuke).

@stealthfire: 黒透け just means "black see-through" ("see-through" as in semi-transparent, sheer fabric). Ebi Koubou (Shrimp Workshop) is the circle (hobby group) it's released under, instead of her usual Shooting Star.

＠stealthfire, part 2: 新作 just means "new product" (or "new work" for the more auteur sort, instead of being a mere business product). The full description is as follows:

*Saku had some sort of promotion (similar to most circles) where people who buy at least some number (five, for Shooting Star at c92) of new releases get a exclusive complimentary gift. Presumably Black See-Through doesn't count because it was technically released by another circle.

† The specific word used here means "arrives via ship" (or "arrives at harbor", if used for a ship), with a connotation of being "from abroard".

Note also that the layout isn't entirely consistent (or rather, it is consistent with the pattern being just [General Description] [Picture] [Specific Descriptors]). The Sonico set is labelled as "ウェディング/セーターetc" (immediately following the picture), but the character isn't called "Wedding/Sweater etc". The 新作5作品同時購入オマケ (Complimentary Gift for Buying 5 New Works at Once) set is labelled as V字水着＆白ブラウス, V-Swimsuit and White Blouse. Obviously, like Black See-Through here, this is just a description of the clothes worn and not the name of the character.
