@Asura_Otusuki, no kidding. When it comes to the Raikage, it tends to be the same thing over and over with him and other black male characters (or male characters in general with a darker skin complexion); being a thug with a ridiculously big dick whose only purpose is to steal the hot bimbo girlfriend away from the non-black male character.
