Some information:
1 Galleries with some tags, like vore should give you a warning before you even see anything, if they don't YOU disabled it
2 Tag flagging exists
3 There is a script which allows you to see the tags on a gallery even on on the main page, use greasemonkey/tampermokey and install it https://pastebin.com/wRK25xyV

vore does not apply here, by the current tag definitions:

Vore
Description: Being swallowed whole. May invoke absorption.
Note: Should not be confused with the unbirth or cannibalism tags.

Unbirth
Description: A person or creature being consumed by a vagina, anus, or urethra. Essentially birth in reverse and thus does NOT necessitate it or the pregnant tag.

To change how it works, or to create new tags, create a thread on the forum, vigilante section, then it'll be discussed/voted. It's how this site works
