Ask Japan people about Japanese. It isn't important to read the local wiki. There is no correct answer for netorare. The netorare is just a coined that isn't listed in the Japanese dictionary. So, even Japanese of native speakers don't know the correct meaning. Using such words as tags is itself a mistake. We should use other words that aren't Japanese like netorare. For example, infidelity, rape, bitch, molestation, etc. are already in English too. It's very hard for me as an ordinary Japanese to understand why it has to be Netorare.
