+colpyro I mean, not gonna say you're necessarily *wrong*- the musculature is definitely different, and from a clinical perspective it looks off. That said, I believe that the artist intended the older figure to look like she used to be super-fit, but has since stopped exercising (probably to focus on raising the son and later fucking said son). This of course means that the muscles have become softer from lack of regular maintenance, which is exactly what this looks like.

Well, I finally pledged to NDC's Patreon.

The gyaru version really isn't worth it, lol. Since 2018, NDC has rarely ever done any artwork of Gyaru Natsumi, and whenever he does make it, it looks quite different to the Gyaru Natsumi from 2017 and before. It looks rather half assed; 2016-2017 Gyaru Natsumi was top tier.
