It's already available in much better quality, but Chinese... which ironically seems to have been edited over the Japanese original despite the relative age of the scan. /g/534090/bf53a84883/ That said, having a legible Japanese scan of any sort gives me hope for a translation actually happening! I just hope they use the Chinese version as the base.
