But no, the tags aren’t there to be technically correct. It’s there to make sure people find the content they’re searching for.
And since both forms of shinobu / kiss shot are polar opposites on the body type chart, the shinobu tag is used to indicate her loli form and the kiss shot tag is used to indicate her adult / teen form so the lolicons and the tit lovers can peacefully coexist. You’d know that’s how shinobu doujins are tagged if you’ve spent 5 minutes searching for any monogatari doujins.
