What are you talking about? The majority of Characters designer of SRW is Konou Sachiko. If you mean the dude with glassess in pg 150, that was Takanobu Terada, the producer of SRW Og series. I think he's also the one in charge for Moon Dwellers and V.

Anyway, great work RobotDemon. Any SRW materials is always welcome.

Wait are You serious? I thought when you mention Wataru it was a joke about Terada that look like the dude from Yowamushi pedal. Also I only focused on the OGMD chara so I think it was Konou that was the chara designer. Sorry about that. Still had no chance to play SRW V... T.T
