As for how it would work it's simple really, do what the Jedi order did with all their padawans.

Take her away from her family at a very early age, indocterinate her as she grows into a loyal follower who is more than willing to slaughter army's for you and then right as she's in her ripest at the very beginning of puberty introduce her to a light saber to fondle and play with as she calls you master.
