Some information:
1 - Galleries with some tags should give you a warning before you even see anything, if they don't you disabled it
2 - There is a function called tag flagging, although you have to "buy" it
3 - You can block uploaders who mainly upload stuff you don't like
4 - With this script (https://pastebin.com/wRK25xyV) you can see the tags on a gallery when hovering it on the front page

Actually the ratings on this don't matter, since even having all the galleries with low rating wouldn't bring problems. Having kids playing around with the ratings is expected, it just makes the info unreliable for the people who are actually into a said fetish, so fell free to rate it however you want.
Those 4 are just as stated, information, on how you can reduce the chances on seeing stuff you don't like, with 2 and 4 being the ones I use.
