(For the uninitiated, it's a rather famous band led by Lou Reed. This cover is a parody of their first album's cover, which was designed by Andy Warhol.)
("what a clon" in the other comment is a reference to Nico's weird way of pronouncing "clown.")
("Femme Fatale" is the name of one of the songs on their first album. Definitely worth a listen. The whole album, I mean. My personal favorite song is "Sunday Morning.")

Oh, yeah, I forgot. The manga's pretty sweet, too! Just wish I was better at Japanese and could tell what was going on.
