Some information:
1 - Galleries with some tags should give you a warning before you even see anything, if they don't you disabled it
2 - There is a function called tag flagging, although you have to "buy" it
3 - You can block uploaders who mainly upload stuff you don't like
4 - With this script (https://pastebin.com/wRK25xyV) you can see the tags on a gallery when hovering it on the front page

I would like to point out that images 9, 23, 24, and 31 all contain characters from Monster Girl Quest... (9, 23, and 31 are the Harpy, and the Harpy Twins with her in 23. And that's Sylph in 24.)

Don't know why this has such a low rating, it didn't start off that bad and his art has steadily improved. There's some great futanari pics, especially cock vore ones. Gonna have to start keeping an eye on this gallery.
