I am aware this exist, and it is not official. It's a doujinshi made in the spirit of these guides, as Tamiya as a model kit corporation doesn't dabble in pornographic content.

@Aalt: yeah, bad wording: I suspected Tamiya wasn't behind it, but it's got some material from Fujita Yukihisa himself (so I consider it "official" in that sense) ;) Do you think you could get that one in the future? That'd be fantastic.

@catoblepa Depending if there's a copy that's in good enough condition to warrant the money. There is a related GK book that warrants more attention first.
