Satoshi Urushihara fans, take note: this nearly 100-page compilation from 1997 contains illustrations from virtually every old-school project he was famous for. Legend of Lemnear, Plastic Little, Nora and Chirality all get representation, as well some character illustrations from the Street Fighter universe, and a plethora of original designs that were brand new at the time of this book's release.
Fans of yuri will be especially delighted, as there's plenty of girl-on-girl artwork to enjoy. It's also fair to say that most of his girls tend to be on the bustier side; fans of lolicon won't find anything to excite them here.
Urushihara's style always focuses on the dynamics of interesting characters in original poses, whether the subject is in the middle of a magical battle, a sword-swinging dust-up, or just relaxing in bed after a long day in an apocalyptic future (where clothing is always optional).
Ebil Panda's release is full of high-quality scans of the artwork, and even includes the table of contents and the author's comments at the end. Artwork that spans two pages (like much of the Lemnear gallery) has been photoshopped together seamlessly to create one single horizontal image. It's a pity there's no option to torrent download, as this is the sort of gallery that would truly benefit from it. A perfect release in every sense of the word, and well worth the 5-star rating. This is exactly why I joined the site in the first place, and it makes me glad I started browsing at the back of the archives first.
