Some information:
1 - Galleries with some tags should give you a warning before you even see anything, if they don't you disabled it
2 - There is a function called tag flagging, although you have to "buy" it (it's on My home > Hath Perks)
3 - You can block uploaders who mainly upload stuff you don't like (on your account settings)
4 - With this script (https://pastebin.com/wRK25xyV) you can see the tags on a gallery when hovering it on the front page

@apples I'm fairly sure that the idea is that she used her tongue to untie all the knots that had the tiny people tied up. Which would translate into some rather remarkable things that the person could do in a sexual setting using their tongue with a person of the same size... or a tiny size if vore is your thing. He also might be intimidated by how easily she was able to do so, or perhaps the people tied on were meant to merely be participating in mouthplay/roleplay and she took it to the next level.
