Wanted to draw this back in New year, along with Kimono Prinz Eugen as New year pictures, but due to lack of time I finally get this drawing out now…
I really love the design of Katsushika Oui when she first announce~ now I am raging at myself why I didn’t try gacha her back then…(´；ω；` )rz
Wanted to do hanadensha idea for new year picture for some time, and Oui is the perfect girl for this idea~~ Due to bad mood it look quite a lot of time and tries to make the pose look good though…(;*´ Д` )
Although her design is amazing, but her outfit details are truly annoying to draw… Details such as the flower accessories made the whole outfit look longer to draw.. (￣▽￣)
