It's the faces. Particularly the eyes.

I feel like the artist is much more skilled at body anatomy than they are facial anatomy and perspective. Most of it is pretty good, but the faces and some weird positioning throws it off. Like Reki Kawahara's writing, 97 percent of it is there, the remaining 3 percent is what throws it all out of whack.
