2D vs 3D who will win?! This is a rare vanilla work from DATE, though all his works have some sort of depressing element to them. This one is depressing by being too real though the story is still cute.

I think this will be the last DATE work I translate until we get a sequel to Tanin Ni Naru. The other untranslated works are just too depressing...

I am just waiting to see how this vanilla story spirals down into something disturbing or depressing. Maybe she leaves him for someone exactly as he described here. That would be a bit more fitting for DATE.

When I saw DATE, I thought it would be more depressing garbage fire but nope! Pleasantly surprised that he/she could still write warm & funny vanilla.
