It's in the title. To elaborate on OP's post: pretty generic title they chose, but it's "Shining Star", (can't add parody tag since it's also the name of another group apparently, so someone else will have to add a new tag somehow).
"Shining Star" is part of something called "SMROOKIES", and is another animated idol group, this time from Korea (SM Entertainment) ". "Shining Star" is an anime with 24mins per ep (some episodes on youtube). This girl is the tomboy of the animated idol group who's usually the only one of the group wearing pants, much like Kikuchi Makoto in Idolmaster.

That's about all I found about it online though besides OP's comment, as it isn't as widespread as Idolmaster and apparently pretty difficult to find outside of Korea and Japan, so I don't even know her name....Maybe you'll have better luck finding more about it than me.
